4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your maju24 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. maju24 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
4.2 You must notify maju24 immediately via our support channels if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. maju24 will take reasonable steps to investigate such reports and may suspend the relevant account as a precautionary measure during investigation.

5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the maju24 platform are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit is RM20 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional period.

5.4 maju24 is not responsible for delays in processing caused by third-party financial institutions or payment service providers. Estimated processing times are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee.
5.5 maju24 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal gambling activity may be flagged, and maju24 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal.
6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by maju24 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. 6.2 Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. 7.2 Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended. maju24 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, on incorrect odds, or where a technical malfunction has occurred. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's wallet.

10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the maju24 platform for personal recreational purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without the express written permission of maju24.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maju24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
11.2 maju24's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 maju24 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Members access and use the platform at their own risk.
12.1 maju24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where maju24 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
12.2 Upon termination of an account for cause, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to dispute will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following completion of any applicable investigation.
12.3 Members may close their own maju24 accounts at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance will be refunded to the Member's last verified payment method after the conclusion of any applicable pending bet settlements.
13.1 maju24 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered to their account and/or by prominent notice on the maju24 platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
13.2 Continued use of the maju24 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Members who do not accept the amended terms must close their account before the effective date.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as specified in maju24's licensing conditions.
